Our room rates do not include breakfast, so you can decide by yourself how to start your day.
Our Matador Lodges are located just a few minutes from Lake Chiemsee, in the small village Grabenstätt. The surrounding nature reserve is within walking distance - perfect for a morning run or walk with the dog. In the village itself you will find a supermarket, the traditional bakery Stumhofer, an organic supermarket, a pharmacy and a nice coffee shop.

Trains from Salzburg and Munich stop every hour at the closest train station in Übersee. Once there, we will be happy to
pick you up with our electric car.
BY CAR
You can easily reach us by car via the A8 Munich - Salzburg. Simply take the exit Grabenstätt. From there it is only a few
minutes to us.

Your check-in is possible from 15.00 o'clock. On the day of departure, please leave your room by 11:00 am.
On our hotel property you will find plenty of parking lots free of charge and 3 charging stations for electric cars. The fee is 0.45 € per kWh, you will receive the bill at check-out. You can use our 6 charging stations for e-bikes at any time gratis.
You want to bring your bike, SUP or snowboard? In our lockable barn you can store your sports equipment for free.
In order to offer you as much privacy as possible and at the same time protect the environment, we only clean the apartments at the end of your stay. The costs are already included in the room rate. If you stay with us for longer than 4 days, we will clean in between on request.
A good day starts for most of us with a delicious breakfast. You can either come to our breakfast room, where a lovely table is waiting for you, or you can order a breakfast basket to your room and have a relaxed breakfast in your pyjamas. With both variations you can enjoy regional cheese, sausage, homemade jams, egg dishes, fruit and cereals for 20 € per person.
There is no restaurant in the Matador Lodges, but of course you don't have to starve. Besides the small kitchenettes in our cottages, the fully equipped kitchens in the apartments invite you to a cosy cooking evening with friends and family. If you don't feel like cooking for yourself, you can find a selection of our favorite restaurants in our digital info guide. If you cannot find what you were looking for, we will be happy to help you find the perfect restaurant.
In the entrance area of the villa there are two refrigerators filled with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Our Trust Bar is open 24/7. You simply note your consumption and at check-out you will be charged.
Book your individual time slot for our Spa Cube with its finnish sauna and enjoy absolute privacy. Afterwards you can
relax in the rest room with a view overlooking the park or cool off in the natural pond.
We are also happy to organize various massage treatments on request:
Please let us know in advance so we can plan appropriately. Thank you very much!
We welcome your whole family. Please do not forget to bring cribs or high chairs, as we do not have any equipment on site. Thank you for your understanding!
